The product ELECRO0300-300KAI-4 is the matting transparent anodic electrophoretic coating by adopting the resin method matting technology developed by Japan Kansai Paint Co., Ltd.
1.1 The characteristics of the product
(1)This product belongs to the water emulsion type coating, the coating viscosity is low, easy to add;the trough liquid stability is good, easy to manage.
(2)The electrophoretic coating has excellent weatherability, excellent chemical reagents, resistance to chemical reagents, physical properties and coating properties.
(3)The stable coating film appearance can be obtained when coating vertically or horizontally, with few phenomena of glossy markings and instability.
(4)In the aspect of recovering the coating, it can be used simultaneously with UF and RO, or only RO may be used independently.
(5)When anion exchange and cation exchange are carried out for quality management, UF filtrate and electrophoresis tank liquid can be exchanged.

The product is suitable for anodic electrophoretic coating mode and is mainly used for coating aluminum alloy profiles with good protection and decorative performance on aluminum alloy base material.

The product ELECRONAG-210 anodic electrophoretic coating is the product for aluminum building materials with good adaptability to RO recovery system and the product line.
